Make mixture of half cup maida with salt and oil for muon.. Add water and knead the dough..keep aside.. Make balls and roll a chapati and heat on the pan for 30 secs...cut the chapati to make long samosa pattis

For filling...in a frying pan add oil.. ginger garlic paste and kheema...cook a little and add salt and red chilli powder...mix and cook for 10 minutes...once cool down add chopped onion and coriander

Now make Samosas and deep fry them.

For Tahari...in a cooker add ginger garlic paste, onion, tomatoes and cook in oil for 10 minutes...add mutton Masala, curd andutton...in bowl add oil and fry some vegetables...add the contents of the cooker when mutton seems to be cooked properly.. wait for a while add water... later add rice and cover until 5 minutes....open the lid and mix well and cover until the rice is completely cooked.
