Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 packetcake mix
  • 1 headripe pineapple cut round and remove the skin and the hard centre too
  • 3fresh eggs
  • 3 piecesripe bananas
  • 1fresh cucumber
  • 2 piecesfresh carrots
  • 1 tinoil spray
  • 4table spoons of powder ed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the cake mix and powdered milk in a clean and dry bowl

  2. 2

    Put the bananas,cucumber, carrots and eggs in a blender and blend

  3. 3

    Pure in the cake mix and stir everything together for 10 minuets

  4. 4

    Heat up the cake pan and spray the oil spray to prevent from sticking to the pan

  5. 5

    Arrange the cut pineapple at the bottom of the pan

  6. 6

    Pure the batter inside the pan

  7. 7

    Put in the oven and bake for 15 -20 minuets

  8. 8

    Use the toothpick to check it’s probably baked in the middle

  9. 9

    Serve hot or warm
