Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupSpinach (palak)
  2. 1 cupGreen peas boiled
  3. 1Capsicum chopped
  4. 4-5Green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cupsCoriander
  6. as neededMint leaves
  7. 1 tablespoonGinger and garlic paste
  8. 2Boiled potato
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonChaat masala
  13. as neededOil for frying
  14. 3 tablespoonBread crumbs
  15. 1 tablespoonCornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil spinach and drain the water completely

  2. 2

    Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.when cumin sprinkle add ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Now add chopped capsicum and saute for 1 minute

  4. 4

    Add green peas, spinach,Coriander and mint leaves

  5. 5

    Saute nicely for 5 to 7 minutes

  6. 6

    Add salt,turmeric and chaat masala

  7. 7

    Saute again until it's moisture evaporated and it's turns dry

  8. 8

    When mixture is dry, switch off the flame and let it cool for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Now grind the mixture and make smooth paste

  10. 10

    Take bowl, add mash potato and mixture

  11. 11

    Add bread crumbs and cornflour also

  12. 12

    Make equal size balls, shape into cutlets

  13. 13

    Heat oil and deep fry the shaped cutlets until turns golden brown

  14. 14

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney

  15. 15

    You can deep fry the kabab or shallow fry or toast on tawa.

    You can add veggies like beans or you can add paneer also

    You can preserve the kabab mixture in fridge and prepare kabab as required
