Soya RawMango Stuffed Karela

Firstly peeled karela and put in salted water for 1 hours.

Then blanched it for 10 minutes. Soaked soya granules for 5 minutes.

Peeled and grated raw Mango.
Roast peanuts without oil. - 4
Now chopped green chillies and tomato. Then in grinder put peanuts, green chillies, tomatoes and grind it.

After blanching the karela cut in center and deseed it.

Now take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds spluter them. Then add peanuts paste saute for 2 minutes then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and saute till oil separated.

Now add soya granules and raw Mango and saute it for 2 minutes.

Now stuffed this mixture in karela and swallow fry it.
Your stuffed karela is ready for Relishing as a starters.
