Egg curry
A gravy of eggs and Potatoes
Steps

Heat oil and fry the eggs and keep aside

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now remove it and add oil in the pan

Add whole cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Now add the onion slices and saute well

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Add tomato and cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder

Now add water and boil adding eggs

Add sugar and garam masala powder and switch off

The egg curry is ready to be served with rice
