Ingredients

25 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cup boiled basmati rice
  2. 250 gmpaneer
  3. 1 tbsponion chopped
  4. 1 tbsp whole garam masalas
  5. 1dry red chilli
  6. 1/2 cuptomato ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  8. 1 cupmilk with kesar soaked in it
  9. 1 tspbiryani masala
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil and ghee

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add onion slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add paneer and masala paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Now add the rice and mix well

  6. 6

    Pour the milk and sprinkle biryani masala and ghee

  7. 7

    Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat

  8. 8

    Serve it with raita
