Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmutton chops
  2. 1/2 cupKhada masala
  3. 2onion paste
  4. 2tomato paste
  5. 1 tbspGinger garlic chilli paste
  6. 2 cupsWater
  7. 2 tbsp+2 tbspOil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspCoriander powder
  12. 1 tspAamchur powder
  13. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  14. as neededCoriander leaves to garnish
  15. as neededOnion and lemon to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker heat oil

  2. 2

    Add all khada masalas

  3. 3

    Add onions paste and cook till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add ggc paste and mutton chops

  5. 5

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander, powder,garam masala.

  6. 6

    Then add tomatoes paste.

  7. 7

    Cook on high flame till fat separates

  8. 8

    Now add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles on high flame

  9. 9

    And 2 whistles on slow flame

  10. 10

    Now when pressure releases

  11. 11

    In another pan heat remaining oil,put cooked mutton chops with gravy.

    Cook on slow flame till they are little crisp and dried.
