Crack the eggs into a large jug, add the sugar, vanilla and baking powder then mix well.

Now it depends on how much you want to make but I add in flour and then water bit by bit to get enough mixture to feed the family and a consistency that it thick but pourable. The amounts can vary.

Pour the mixture into a small medium temperature pan and allow to cook for 30 seconds to a minute on each side. You want a nice golden brown colour.
