Wash the spinach and blanch it.

In a kneading bowl combine wheat flour,spinach,caram seeds and salt and mix well.

Make a soft dough,keep aside for 30 mins.

Take a bowl combine cottage cheese / paneer,chopped onion,green chilli,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds,coriander leaves and mix well

Now stuffing is ready.

Stuff the cottage cheese / paneer filling in the dough and roll out.

On a heated pan,make paratha applying oil on both the sides are cooked
