Gram pulse soak 3-4 hrs. Take rice soak 30 min.

Take a cooker keep on flame put into ghee and cumin seeds And hing. If tadka is ready add chopped potato and soaked pulse.

Add all spices and water. At last add soaked rice in cooker. Close the lid of cooker.

Wait for two whistle turn off the flame after two whistle.

Rice is ready. Serve with salad and curd.
