Peel and cut YAM into big cubes or desired size

Wash YAM and put into pot
- 3
Add water, palm oil, blended fresh pepper, all spice mix, curry thyme salt and Maggi
- 4
Put the pot on the cooker to bring to a boil and till the YAM is tender enough to mash
- 5
Mash the part of the YAM till it forms a thick sauce, stir the mix and leave for a few minutes to simmer and it's ready to serve
