Add oil into a nonstick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. Mix. Add mutton and cook for10 minutes

Add onion,tomato,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and mix well. Add curd and mix well and cook for50 minutes in low flame using lid

After50 my minutes mutton will release oil. Add green chillies and cook for15 minutes stirring constantly.

Add coriander leaves and cook for another2 minutes and serve with roti.
