Steps

Wash and soak the rice.

Grind the coriander and chillies to fine paste.

Add ghee, butter or oil based on your taste in a pressure cooker.

Add onions,ginger garlic paste, finely grounded coriander paste,cashew nuts. Saute well.

Add soaked rice and water. Required amount of salt. Pressure cook for 3-4 Whistles.

Note : You can add other veggies as well like carrots, capsicum,spring onions. You can make coriander pulav similarly using all biryani masala ingredients.
