  • 2Eggs
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onions and tomatoes into cubes

  2. 2

    Fry the onions in oil till brown add the tomatoes and cook till tender and crush with your fork season with salt

  3. 3

    Add the eggs and mix
