Steps

In a bowl add hung curd, schezwan sauce, salt and all the masala powder, mix well.

Add the paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes. Mix.

Keep in refrigerator for 1-2hours.

Arrange the paneer, veggies in skewers or in toothpick.
- 5
Heat a nonstick grill pan, put oil, then put the skewers and roast till all the sides roast well.
- 6
Remove the skewers before serving.
