Add sliced paneer, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste, and salt to it. Mix everything well and let it sit for 10 mins.

In a separate bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour salt, black pepper powder with some water. Beat this to make a fine and thick paste.

Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Next, dip a paneer piece in the paste and cover it with breadcrumbs. Repeat this for every paneer piece. keep it aside in a plate.

Once the oil is sizzling hot, fry the paneer pieces until they are golden. Strain the extra oil and pat dry with tissue.

Relish it as an appetizer with tomato sauce
