Apply oil on brinjal. Roast the brinjal, and peel off

Heat mustard oil in a pan, and add cumin seed, mustard seed, feenel seed, fenugreek seed, and pinch of hing

As seeds start splatring, add green onion.

Saute 4min then add chopped tomato and mix well
- 5
As tomato become soft, add all species.. mix well

Saute 3-4 min. Then add meshed brinjal, mix it well.

Cook it 5-6min, add boiled peas, and mix it.

Began ka bharta is ready to serve.
