6large potatoes
Oil for frying
salt & red chilli powder
Peptang tomato sauce

Steps

Hand cut the potatoes into chips & keep them to dry on a cloth
2

Keep a karai ready for frying on medium heat
3

Once the oil is ready fry the chips. Don' t over crowd the chips or else the temp will drop
4

Once done, continue with the rest of the potatoes
5

Serve hot with salt, chilli powder & sauce.

Best way to enjoy serve it on brown paper & relish this yummy local dish
