Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupsboiled beans
  2. 1 cupFrench beans finely chopped
  3. 1-2big onions chopped (I love lots of onions)
  4. 1/2 cupfinely chopped carrots
  5. 2tomatoes finely chopped
  6. 1 teaspoonFreshly grated Ginger and garlic (as you like)
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 1/2Hoho finely chopped
  9. 2medium sized tomatoes grated/ chopped
  10. Spices of choice (1/2 tsp curry powder, Patrika, Garam masala)
  11. Chilli/ black pepper / chilli beef cube (all optional)
  12. 1 tablespoonscoconut cream and coconut milk
  13. 1/2 cupmilk/ water for stew
  14. HandfulDhania leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a sauce pan and add onions, hoho, garlic and ginger... Add curry powder and allow to cook for 3 minutes

    Add the carrots and tomatoes and let tomatoes to cook till forms paste

  3. 3

    Add French beans, mix and cover for like 3 mins to allow French beans to soften abit

  4. 4

    Add your spices... Patrika, Royco, Garam masala, chilli cube, black pepper etc reduce heat and cover for like 5 minutes... I love my spices well cooked so I add them early enough

    Add your beans (already boiled) and mix well with... Cover again for 3 minutes to allow beans absorb the spices... Ensure you are on low heat to avoud sticking on saucepan and burning

  6. 6

    Add your coconut cream, coconut milk and milk/ water for stew and bring to boil at low heat for like 10minutes till stew is thick

  7. 7

    Add the dania leaves remove from source of heat.

  8. 8

    Serve with chapati or rice or with any other starch of choice
