Peel and clean the the potatoes...

In a large sufuria, pour in water enough to cover the potatoes.. Add in the salt

Let it boil till potatoes are cooked and completely softened and drain the excess water

Mash up the potatoes, add in the milk gradually then the margarine... And mix evenly
- 5
Add in the chopped coriander and mix
- 6
Serve with stew of your choice
