Melt rice flour inghee like slary

Take maida ghee 50gms add salt and knee a medium soft dough than make a small ball equal size roll a thin roti from it take one roti than apply slary on it than put other roti apply slary on it and make 3 leyars of it than make a tight roll of it makemediuy roll like this note that do not apply slary much but it should be spreading evenly. Cut the roll with knife in equal size as like bhakharwadi. Now roll it again it's small medium size puri. And pinch a whole on it

Fry it on medium flame Eat it with Tea
