Ingredients

  1. 750gflour
  2. 750gMargarine
  3. 500gSugar
  4. 750gEggs
  5. 1 tbsbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspSonic Acid
  7. 1/2 tspFlavour(Vanilla)
  8. 1/2 tspNutmeg
  9. Dried fruit As Desired
  10. Gin as desired or enough to soak the dried fruit
  11. Browning

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure your flour,Sieve &add all the dry ingredients together & set aside.

  2. 2

    Measure your Sugar &butter &mix together till it's fluffy

  3. 3

    Measure your eggs &whisk.fold your batter put your flavour.start folding your flour & egg on 3to 4instalments & when that is done,pour in your dried fruit & fold,add browning & fold slightly

  4. 4

    Grease your pan &pre-heat your oven for about 5mins.when that is done pour your batter into your pan &bake at a medium for about 30-45mins
