  2. 1 cup & 1/2 cupCoconut milk (first milk)
  3. 1 cupCoconut milk (second milk)
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspFenugreek seeds
  6. 7-8Garlic
  7. 2 tspDry fruit powder

Steps

    Soak rice for 30 min

  2. 2

    In pressure cooker add rice,second coconut milk,salt,fenugreek seeds,garlic,water.mix it well.

  3. 3

    Cook it for 2 whistles after add first Coconut milk.check salt wait for 2 whistles.

  4. 4

    Add dry fruit Powder.mix it.yummy coconut garlic porridge is ready to eat.serve it with coconut chutney.
