Steps

Heat up veg oil in a small deep pot and shallow fry chips then set aside;

Break egg in a bowl, whish and add onion, tomatoes, green bell pepper, pepper and salt and whisk everything together

Heat up frying pan add 2tbsp of veg oil once its hot, pour in the whisked egg and allow it cake and flip over and remove from heat
- 4
Serve chips with sausages and eggs
