Wash chicken, place in a pot, season with garlic, onions, ginger, thyme, salt and seasoning cube & steam.

Fry the steamed chicken in some vegetable oil and set aside. Keep the chicken stock handy for use

Wash your scotch bonnet

Wash your shombo

Also wash your tatashe, onions and fresh tomatoes

Blend both fresh tomatoes, 1 bulb of onion and all peppers together, boil to dry off water.

Add some vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat up, add in some chopped onion, then add in the fresh tomatoes and pepper blend. Fry till dry(to know if dry enough, Scoup some with your cooking spoon and if it continues to boil in the spoon after scouping up, then it's dry enough, but if not allow to fry some more even if it's burning)

Add in the chicken stock, the fried chicken and stir.

Taste for salt, then add salt and seasoning and allow simmer for 5minutes

Serve with boiled rice, Yam, pasta etc
