Kali khol le. Usme se andr ki choti dnti ko tod ke alg kar le. Phir saare phool ko achhe se dho le.

Batter bnane ke lea semolina, gram flour, chaat masala, adrak lehsun paste, red chilli powder, green chilli, garam masala powder, turmeric, salt ko ek bowl me le le. Usme hlka hlka paani mila ke batter tyaar karein.

Ek pan ko garamkre. Usme 2 table spoon vegetable oil dale. Phir phool ko batter me mila ke pan m dale. Light brown hone tak pkaae. Serving ke lea sauce ya green chutney ka use karein.
