Steps

Take a bowl add rava and curd mix it add water make a smooth better and rest in 10minutes.

After 10minutes add salt, ginger, garlic paste, green chilli mix it.

Take a non stick tava. Put few drops of oil and pour the uttapam batter and make a round shape.

Now add veggies on it lightly press it.

After 2minutes flip it.

Now take it on a plate.

Healthy uttapam is ready. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
