Whisk margarine and sugar together until fluffy. Meanwhile preheat the oven.

Mix all dry ingredients

Add the dry mix into the margarine mix and add the rest of the ingredients.

Grease the baking tray and pour in the batter, then put in the oven.

To test readiness, use a skewer. If it comes out clean, remove the cake and allow to cool if you want to ice.
