Ingredients

  1. 2spring green cabbages, sliced
  2. 1large onion, sliced
  3. 3garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  4. 1heaped tbsp of dijon mustard
  5. to tasteAll purpose seasoning
  6. 4 tbspolive oil
  7. 50 gbutter
  8. 150 mlhot water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok heat the butter and olive oil. Then add the onions and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes or until they have softened.

    Add the spring greens and season well using the all purpose seasoning.

  3. 3

    Then add the water and allow the greens to cook down.

    Once the greens are wilted add in the dijon mustard and stir it in well.

  5. 5

    Continue to cook until all the cabbage stalks are cooked through.
