1/2 cupmilk
1 cupall purpose flour
1 handfulkaju kishmish
To tastesugar
1-2 pinchsalt
As neededoil

Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar and oil and keep aside

Now dry roast the semolina
3

Add ghee once it changes colour
4

Add milk and sugar,simmer and stir
5

Add kaju kishmish and mix
6

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape
7

Heat oil and deep fry the puris
