Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupboiled peas puree
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1.1/2 cupwater
  5. to tasteSalt according
  6. 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 clovegarlic paste
  8. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  9. For cheese sauce..
  10. 2cheese slice
  11. 1 tspbutter
  12. 1 tspcream
  13. Little bit salt and red chilliy flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all peas puree.besan.curd.water very nicely

  2. 2

    Now add the salt and another spice

  3. 3

    Heat the pan..pour the batter

  4. 4

    Mix it constantly

  5. 5

    When it becomes little thick.spread on a grease plate

  6. 6

    Now heat the another pan and add butter..

  7. 7

    Then add cream and cheese slice

  8. 8

    Then add the spices

  9. 9

    Mix it nicely.

  10. 10

    When it becomes little thick switch of the flame

  11. 11

    Now spread the sauce on the khandvi.

  12. 12

    Now cut the khandvi in long strip

  13. 13

    Roll it very carefully

  14. 14

    Serve with ketchup
