  • 2 cupsbrown beans
  • 1 bunchspring onions
  • 3ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 1 tbspBenny spice
  • Pinchpaprika
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 3 tbspoil
  • Leavesfresh parsley
  • 4small carrots chopped round
  • Water to boil beans until well cooked
  • 1green pepper

    Wash beans Boil brown beans until cooked make sure it remains with little water

  2. 2

    Fry onion and rajah& paprika

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes carrots stir when tender add to the brown beans pot with Benny spice

    Add chopped green pepper and parsley then simmer for 7min
