  2. 1 bunchspring onions
  3. 3ripe tomatoes
  4. 1 tsprajah
  5. 1 tbspBenny spice
  6. Pinchpaprika
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. 3 tbspoil
  9. Leavesfresh parsley
  10. 4small carrots chopped round
  11. Water to boil beans until well cooked
  12. 1green pepper

    Wash beans Boil brown beans until cooked make sure it remains with little water

  2. 2

    Fry onion and rajah& paprika

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes carrots stir when tender add to the brown beans pot with Benny spice
