Boil your peeled and chopped egg potatoes with water and salt in a pan

Once they are soft and drained add your fresh milk and mash them to be fine and more soft

Boil your minced meat with a half cup of water, cooking oil and black pepper then shallow fry it

To the mashed potatoes and the fried minced meat and mix them well

In a bowl with chopped onions put a very little amount of milk and eggs stir then shallow fry your onions
- 6
On a plate served with the mashed egg potatoes sprinkle the onions on top and enjoy
