Boil onion and tomatoes and whole garam masala in a pan with little water

Grind into paste when cool, heat little oil a kadahi saute diced onion and capsicum for a minute... Take it out

Add more oil, put some Jeera and kalaunjee, then ginger garlic paste, then onion tomatoes paste... Saute on high flame

After 5-7 minutes add salt, red chill powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, let the paste leaves sides....

Then add cashew paste to the mixture.. Saute for 2 minutes add a little water and milk to make a thick gravy....

Boil for 5 minutes add Paneer cubes and sautéed onions and capsicum to it.... Simmer for 3-4 minutes.add cream and mix well...

Now put the gas off... Kadhai Paneer is ready to serve... Garnish with fresh coriander and cream....

Tastes well when served with hot laccha parathas
