  • 10 gRed bean paste (bean jam)
  • 20-25 gNerikiri-dough
  • Please refer to "Example: how to make a Dough for Nerikiri-Wagashi (with wheat flour)"
  • + Food coloring

Steps

  1. 1

    Colorez the dough

    Make the body part circle shape. Make a dent in the center. Put the center part in the dent.

    Put the red bean jam ball on it. Wrap it with the dough. And make it round.

    Mark in the middle of top with yellow dough (or a dent). *It's for keeping the center of top. Make it round shape.

    Put 12 petals around the side with a round chopstick.  Put smaller one between two petals on the side.

    Make a small round dent in the center.
    Make a round pistil and put it on the dent.
