Boil and peel the Potatoes
2

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf
3

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add ginger paste and saute well
5

Add red chilli Powder and tomato saute well
6

Finally add red chilli Powder,cumin powder and sugar and mix well
7

Serve as a side dish
