Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts
  • Vegetable stock
  • White potatoes
  • Leeks
  • Onions
  • Chicken gravy granules
  • Mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook chicken breasts in herbs and olive oil

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes

  3. 3

    Mash potatoes with milk

  4. 4

    Heat up stock and gravy granules and fry off veg

  5. 5

    Add chicken to stock mix

  6. 6

    Pour mixture into oven dish and top with mashed potato - cook until crispy and golden
