Ingredients

  • Beans
  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Bell pepper
  • Onions
  • Smoked fish
  • Boiled egg
  • Corned beef
  • Crayfish
  • Maggi
  • leafMoimoi
  • Salt
  • Palmoil/vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash beans and remove back till clean.

  2. 2

    Wash the moimoi leaf till clean.for better cleaning, wash/scrub against each other

  3. 3

    Wash peppers and onions. Blend together with the beans

  4. 4

    Transfer the beans puree to a bowl, add sliced onions,maggi,deboned fish(if using),crayfish, corned beef and taste for salt.add small warm water to make puree lighter and add vegetable oil.mix thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Wrap your moimoi leaf and add batter one at a time till all puree is exhausted.

  6. 6

    Place in a pot and cook for 45 mins.
