Steps

Wash, peel and cut the lauki in rings. Scrape from centre and keep it aside.

Boil the rings till tender. Add little salt while boiling.

Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, tomatoes, musk melon seeds and cashews. Even add the extract of lauki which we had scraped and blend together

Heat butter, add all the whole garam masala, bay leaves, cardamom big and small. Now add the paste, saute for few mins.

Now add all the dry masalas. Add little water and let it Boil.

Meanwhile the masalas being cooked, make the Paneer filling. Take some chopped cashews and raisins, chopped coriander leaves, salt and stuff it in the lauki.

Now keep the stuffed lauki in the gravy. Cover and cook for sometime. Remove in serving bowl and garnish with Malai or cream and coriander leaves.
