Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 6pork loin chops
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  4. 1 tablespoonspaprika
  5. 1lime
  6. 1 stickbutter/ 1/4 cup ghee
  7. 1 teaspoonwhole leaf thyme
  8. 1 teaspoonground sage

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan. Add butter/ghee. Mix the spices

    Season the chops with sage, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and sage. And fry.

    Fry 3 minutes per side turning twice. When done remove from heat.

    Juice lime

  5. 5

    Add lime juice and let rest 5 minutes.
