Ghee/Butter pork loins with lime

Cooking Instructions

Heat pan. Add butter/ghee. Mix the spices

Season the chops with sage, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and sage. And fry.

Fry 3 minutes per side turning twice. When done remove from heat.

Juice lime
- 5
Add lime juice and let rest 5 minutes.
- 6
