6pork chops (1" thick preferably)
1 cupBrown sugar
1 tbspCrushed red pepper (can use fresh too)
1 tbspPaprika
1 tbspLime
1 tbspBalsamic vinegar
1 tbspSoy sauce

Pre heat oven to 450° F

Mix all ingredients on a shallow bowl

Let it sit for few minutes (5-10) @ room temp till all sugar melt

Dredge chops in the mixture one by one placing em on cooking sheet

Bake for 10-15minutes depending on ur desire.
