2x large beetroot
1small red onion
4 stripschives
2 tablespoonschutney
1 spoonWhite balsamic vinegar

Boil the beetroot till soft,Peel and dice it. Chop red onion finely and the chives. Mix all together with a spoon of balsamic vinegar and two table spoons of Chutney. Then garnish with more chives when serving
