Marinate with salt,oregano and 2 spoon oil and leave for 15 minutes

Grill cottage cheese in griller

Heat unsalted butter in a wok

Add cumin seeds,onion and ginger garlic paste

Saute for 5 minutes

Add cashew paste and saute for 2 minutes

Add salt and other spices

Add cream and cook until it leaves oil

Add milk and cook until it thickens

Add fenugreek leaves and grilled cottage cheese
