  • 2 Ltrmilk
  • 150 gmrice
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • to tastesugar
  • as neededChopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk and add rice after wash and add elaichi powder.

  2. 2

    Stir at low flame till rice and milk mix well.

  3. 3

    When rice and milk mixed and chopped dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cook for 15 mints.

  5. 5

    Ready to kheer in the serve.
