Mix cashew powder,milk,saffron,cardamom and sugar and stir it continuously till it become thick.make small ball if it's rolls perfectly then it's done.so spread on board and roll it make one layer on plastic sheet.1/4 part keep aside for topping

Mix bottleguard grated,sugar, milk cardamom powder, chainagrass 1/2 strip on fast Medium flame and cook it up to bottoleguard properly cooked and halwa is thickens if you like can add green food colour it's optional but looks better. Now roll on the layer of cashewnut.and make second layer

Mix grated carrots milk sugar and cardamom powder and half strip of chainagrass.cook on fast and medium flame.when halwa is thickens and carrots cook properly can add orande red colour it's optional but looks better. Roll it on layer of cashewnut and bottleguard.and make tri colour halwa

Let it cool for 3 hrs. cut it desired shape

Separately on each piece make small tikki of cashewnut(it taste like kaju katli)and put on top of tri colour halwa piece and on it put one cashew.

Decorate with whipped cream with the help of piping bag.

Tri colour halwa is ready to serve!!
