Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrMilk
  2. 1round bottle gourd
  3. 2 tbspfresh malai
  4. 300 GMsugar
  5. as neededChopped dry fruit

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan.. Boil milk.add malai

  2. 2

    An another side grated ghiya(locky)..

  3. 3

    After 3-4 boiling milk... Then add grated locky

  4. 4

    Mix well, after 30 mins.. It looks thick..

  5. 5

    Then add sugar... Stir well.

  6. 6

    Add chopped dry fruit for garnish
