Steps

Put your oil on a sufuria add sliced onion,ginger and garlic paste, tomato, tomato paste and spices

Add little water then add your potatoes and carrots stir for about a min untill thick, add more water cover
- 3
Once the potatoes and carrots are well cooked add your spinach don’t stir and cover the sufuria
- 4
Wait for about 4 min till the water has formed thick sauce and remove from the heat
