  1. 5 bunchesKanzera
  2. 3 bunchesMchicha
  3. 2large onions
  4. 4 clovesgarlic
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 3-5tablespoonfuls of cooking oil
  7. 1Chilli

Steps

20 - 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables, shred and strain the water.

    Put the oil in a sufuria and cook the onions until soft. Add garlic, cook until brownish. Add salt.

    Add the vegetables and mix them well until they are all well covered with the onions.

    Allow to cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from fire and cover to simmer.

    Serve hot with Ugali and chilli.
