Ingredients

  • 350 gmbhindi(okra)
  • 3medium size potato
  • 4small size eggplant
  • Salt (as per your taste)
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • Onion, tomato, green chilli and lemon for garnish
  • Olive pomace oil to fry the vegetables

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and peel all vegetables..

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan...now deep fry all vegetables one by one.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle all spices on fried vegs...Garnish with lemon and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapati and salad.
